We aim to respond to support requests in 24 hours, but this may be longer during peak sale and holiday periods. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we investigate your request.
ORDER QUERIES:
Please ensure you include your order number (beginning with SP) in the subject line of your email so we can quickly and accurately identify your order. You can find your order number in your order confirmed email you were sent when you placed your order.
If you can’t find your order number, please provide us with as many identifying factors as you can, such as your full name, phone number and delivery address. This will help us to accurately search for your order.
DELIVERY QUERIES:
You can find your tracking number and the selected carrier in the dispatch confirmation email we sent you titled ‘A shipment from order SP****** is on the way’
If you are reaching out regarding a delivery delay or delivery issue, please consider reaching out directly to the carriers customer service before us, as you may receive a more accurate response from the carrier directly.
RETURN QUERIES:
To request a return, please read our returns policy, and reach out to us via support@unit.com.au within seven days of receiving the products.
When requesting your return, please ensure you include your order number, the item you are requesting to return, your reason for return, and the type of return (e.g. exchange/refund/store credit).
We will provide you with return instructions once your return request has been assessed and approved.
